Guitar Hero III has skyrocketed album sales of artists that are signed with Roadrunner Records. It seems that Dragonforce is the big winner in this situation. Their single "Through the Fire and Flames" saw a 183% increase over the prior weeks sales!
If you think video games don't matter then maybe you would like to see Dragonforce's bank account. I think they would disagree with you. I wonder how many bands are going to battling to get onto the next installment of Guitar Hero?

I can't believe that i'm the first one to comment on this!!! Anyway,I have played guitar hero1 and2, but not number3, yet. I would love to play it. Another game that came on the market October 30th is Halo 3. It's the BEST GAME EVER,to me anyway. You should make a post on this.PLEASE!!

ya it made a huge blow out considering it is the hardest song on there so people want to take the challenge of beating it to say they can realy play Guitar hero
I my self have it and am pretty good and i get about 20% on hard and 7 % on expert so it is pretty hard I argee with lexi and it made a big blow out to and people what to be a halo ledged so they buy it

I agree. I think video games do matter. Maybe it doesn't for some people but it does for me. Well...some games. But guitar hero 3 and all the others definitely do. Guitar hero is my favorite game and i can't wait till I get the chance to play guitar hero 3. All my friends say it is impossible to beat "Through the Fire and FLames" but I've beat the other three on expert so i cant wait to try this one. I Agree with this and I liked this blog.

Mr. C, I Guitar Hero 3 is awesome! When Halo 3 came out it was a huge hit. Everyone wanted it, but when guitar hero 3 came out I think it put Halo 3 to shame. Before guitar hero 3 came out, everyone talked about Halo 3. Now that Guitar Hero 3 came here there is not much more talking about Halo 3. I think both games are great, but I like Guitar Hero 3 better.

I think that Guitar Hero 3 is a very good and well made game. I do not have guitar hero but I have played it at other people's houses. I'm ok at it but not the best. I agree with Chris that it has completely blown away Halo 3.
